Priyank has a background in counter-terrorism, communications and comedy. He previously served as a Policy Analyst and Intelligence Officer in the Office of the Secretary at the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He was also Global Consulting Director at Ogilvy and Mather in New York and Head of Consumer Marketing at Boston-based mobile advertising firm Jana. Priyank was a Contributing Writer at The Onion and also wrote for both seasons of the TV show Onion News Network on IFC. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as an M.A. and B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
