Priyank Mathur


Priyank has a background in counter-terrorism, communications and comedy. He previously served as a Policy Analyst and Intelligence Officer in the Office of the Secretary at the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He was also Global Consulting Director at Ogilvy and Mather in New York and Head of Consumer Marketing at Boston-based mobile advertising firm Jana. Priyank was a Contributing Writer at The Onion and also wrote for both seasons of the TV show Onion News Network on IFC. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as an M.A. and B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.

Tauhid Zaman

Head of Technology

Tauhid Zaman is Associate Professor of Operations Management at Yale and previously taught at MIT. He is among the world’s foremost experts in developing probabilistic models, network algorithms, and modern statistical methods to solve operational problems involving social networks. Professor Zaman earned his B.S., M.S. and PhD in Computer Science from MIT. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Wired, Mashable, the LA Times, and Time Magazine.
