Job Description
Title: Full-Stack Developer (AI Applications)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Assist in developing front-end interfaces for AI dashboards and analytics platforms using React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js
Support back-end development using Node.js, Python (FastAPI or Flask), and PostgreSQL/MongoDB
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into AI-driven applications
Work on optimizing data pipelines, AI inference systems, and API performance
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience developing scalable web applications, with exposure to integrating APIs or AI/ML technologies
Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience with JavaScript (React.js, Next.js) and Python (FastAPI, Flask).
Understands RESTful APIs, databases (Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Strong interest in LLMs and real-world AI applications
Comfortable with Git version control and agile development
Compensation
Commensurate with experience.

Job Description
Title: Project Manager (Full-time)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of projects for global clients
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams of researchers, technologists, trainers, and content creators
• Develop and own budgets, timelines, and action plans
• Manage external communications and own relationships with clients
• Help build and maintain a strong culture aligned to organizational values
• Represent Mythos Labs at meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation of new business opportunities in close coordination with senior leadership
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience managing client-facing projects in consulting, technology or international organizations
• Experience managing projects related to terrorism, scams, media literacy and/or gender equality
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong interest in using AI to deliver positive social impact and combat global security threats
• Experience working closely with international stakeholders including CSOs, technology companies, governments and transnational organizations
